I’m in a bit of a slump right now, which is why I haven’t been drawing much these days.
As for Embers to Stars, I am still thinking on how to start the next chapter, because my original idea might be a bit confusing. It’s going to be the first part for Fraie to appear, but it’s not quite that easy. I want to properly introduce her as a character, but my original plan, might be a bit of an overkill…

I am currently trying to get back to drawing by just doing random sketches, just to warm up, then finally do the sketches for the chapter and put out some artwork.

Anyway, the last thing I drew was this:

Haven’t used Copic markers in ages, but I got some new paper that I wanted to try.

So why not these two lovelies, right?

I’m not OK with Fraie’s face…it’s like she had gotten one of those make-overs that totally transform your face just by shaping your eyebrows differently.

And what was I thinking when I thought it would be great if she had mermaid hair????? It’s hard to do that in Photoshop and Copics make it even worse…

Anyway, I’ll get on to continuing with the story and all hopefully very soon!
